Antipasto Skewers

Antipasto Skewers are your appetizer solution when you’re in need of a simple, flavor-packed recipe that feeds a crowd.



  • 1 9-oz package fresh tortellini
  • 2530 grape tomatoes (I like to vary the color and shape)
  • 12 blocks cheese ((cheddar, mozzarella, etc. or you can use mini fresh mozzarella balls), 8-oz)
  • 1 jar of your favorite olives
  • 1 bottle balsamic vinaigrette


  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Gently rinse with cold water. Set aside
  2. While tortellini cooks, wash and prep the vegetables and herbs. Thread ingredients onto 6-inch skewers beginning with the tortellini and then adding cheese, tomato, and olive.
