Banana Split Nachos

Fun and nutritious, these family-friendly Banana Split Nachos are sure to become a favorite breakfast, snack or dessert.



  • 2 slightly underripe bananas
  • 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Dark chocolate square
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cherries
  • Greek yogurt or whipped cream (if desired)


  1. Slice 2 bananas into “chips” on the diagonal into 1/4-inch rounds and layer on a plate.
  2. Drizzle with nut butter, top with ground flaxseed, chopped pecans, and chopped cherries.
  3. Grate dark chocolate over the nachos and top with Greek yogurt or whipped cream and chopped cherries.
