Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Place whole egg into individual dry muffin cups (1 in each cup).
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes (you may also bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes).
  3. Transfer eggs to ice bath for 10 minutes. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
