Layered Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 12 cups mandarin orange segments
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios

Instructions

  1. Slice cranberry sauce into 1/4-inch thick round slices. Layer cranberry sauce slices, mandarin orange segments, goat cheese and pistachios. Top with freshly ground cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
