Layered Cranberry Salad
- 1 14-ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1–2 cups mandarin orange segments
- 1/4 cup goat cheese
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios
- Slice cranberry sauce into 1/4-inch thick round slices. Layer cranberry sauce slices, mandarin orange segments, goat cheese and pistachios. Top with freshly ground cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
