Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • Optional: 1 Tbsp chia seeds or 1 Tbsp ground turmeric

Instructions

  1. Stir together oats, peanut butter (or almond butter), mini chocolate chips, and honey in a medium bowl. Add chia seeds and/or turmeric, if desired.
  2. Evenly divide mixture into shape into balls (makes 12-14). Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
