  • 4oz lean deli roast beefthinly sliced
  • 2 to 4 green lettuce leaves
  • 2slices Muenster cheesethinly sliced
  • 6slices tomatothinly sliced
  • 1/2 avocadothinly sliced
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla10-inch
  1. Evenly divide and layer roast beef, lettuce, cheese, tomato and avocado on tortilla.
  2. Beginning at one end, roll tightly.
  3. Secure with a wooden pick or wrap in parchment paper.
  4. Cut in half.
