  • 4 oz lean deli roast beef (thinly sliced)
  • 2 to 4 green lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices Muenster cheese (thinly sliced)
  • 6 slices tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 avocado (thinly sliced)
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (10-inch)


  1. Evenly divide and layer roast beef, lettuce, cheese, tomato and avocado on tortilla.
  2. Beginning at one end, roll tightly.
  3. Secure with a wooden pick or wrap in parchment paper.
  4. Cut in half.


Note: Recipe can easily be divided to make 1 serving or can be doubled or tripled to make more wraps.
