With March comes the promise of spring! So I’m thinking green and bright with this tasty drink.

One of the best things about smoothies is you can make them with whatever fruits and vegetable you may have around. Have some produce you know you need to use because it is on the bring of turning? (I feel like that is the story of my life!) I do one of three things 1. Roast it 2. Freeze it (often in smoothie bags) or 3. BLEND IT!

You can also make a batch of these at the beginning of the week, put them in the mason jars in the freezer, and you have a healthy breakfast all week!
