  • Stir in a sliced banana and a tablespoon of chocolate peanut butter. (Kathleen Zelman)
  • Quick Pumpkin Oats: Cook 1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats in the microwave, and stir in 1/4 cup canned pumpkin and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon. Top with 2 Tbsp chopped pecans, if desired. (Jessica Cox)
