Healthy School Lunchbox: Week 1 Meal Plan

Ellie started 4k 5-days-per-week today which means ONE MORE lunchbox idea from me weekly. Because she has to be inside the school by 8:30am and I don’t want to be known as that parent that constantly has to go to the office to check her in, my goal this year is to plan ahead and have lunchboxes assembled a few days ahead or at least by the night before.

Here’s my lunchbox menu plan for Ellie for the week. In the weeks ahead, look for grocery lists, make-ahead instructions, prep tips, and of course, more grocery ideas. I’ll be posting the meal plan at the beginning of the week and then will share pictures daily on social media. Of course, have patience with me if days mix up, get missed, etc. (I am a crazy working mom of two wild women!) If there is anything you see that you want from me, definitely let me know!
